The Easter season is a great one for fresh flowers, and the many roadside flower stands that pop up at this time of year can be hard to resist.  Floral gifts are perfect for the Easter season, whether you are giving a centerpiece to the host of an Easter brunch or giving a special gift to a loved one.

Perhaps no flower is as synonymous with the Easter season as the Easter lily.  For many people, the Easter season simply is not complete without the beauty of these large, white trumpet shaped flowers.  The Easter lily has long been a symbol of purity, love, life and hope, making it a perfect fit with the more spiritual aspects of the holiday.  In addition, since Easter lilies grow from bulbs, they can be transplanted in the home garden after they have finished blooming, where they will grow and bloom again in the spring.
